Refund and Return Policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at retrofriks@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Federico Schwager, Coronel, BI, 4190000, Chile.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Chile, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For defective or damaged items, you must provide photographic and/or video evidence of the issue. This is necessary to process any refunds or replacements. You can send the evidence to retrofriks@gmail.com for review. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon approval.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Zendrop-related returns
Our products are managed through Zendrop, a third-party supplier. In case of issues with the product, such as defects or damage, photographic and/or video evidence is required for Zendrop to process any claims. The refund or replacement will be subject to review based on the evidence provided.
Legal warranty
In addition to our return policy, consumers may have legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights related to product defects. These rights are not affected by our return policy or the policies of our third-party suppliers such as Zendrop. If your product is defective, you may have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the applicable legal warranty.
Specific compliance for the United States
While our return policy offers a 30-day period, consumers in the United States also have protection under various state and federal laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which governs written warranties on consumer products.
For defective products, we follow all requirements to provide consumers with a clear process for obtaining refunds, repairs, or replacements. We ensure that these rights are clearly explained and available to all customers. Please note that our return policy is in addition to any statutory warranties that may apply.
If you are a resident of California, additional state protections may apply regarding online returns and refunds. Residents in New York also have specific protections under state law.
