A: All of our products are made-to-order, which means we only produce items after you place an order. This process helps reduce waste and ensures top quality for every product.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production begins, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Not yet — but this feature is coming soon! Soon, you’ll be able to submit your ideas, and we’ll create a custom product just for you.
2. Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping, with no hidden costs. The price you see at checkout is final.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Processing time takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Currently, we ship to the United States and most European countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at info@retrofriks.net.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@retrofriks.net.
We will review your case and issue a replacement or full refund.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once approved, refunds are processed through PayPal within 5–10 business days.

You can pay with a PayPal account or with a credit/debit card via PayPal checkout — no PayPal account required.
